If that happens, then you could see a cap rise but another Edmonton-Carolina final could send it the other way just as fast.

I don't think Horcoff and Carter have much to do with each other. One's an RFA one's a soon to be UFA.

Yep though I suspect ratings will go up just because a lot of the teams on the rise now are fairly large markets.

Philly, Pittsburgh, Washington in particular.
