****.

Oh well.

He did his job when he was here, could have done without all the extra crap, but that came with the territory.

In the end, the absence of Shanahan, the amount he was asking for, and the off-ice stuff was too much to balance out that INSANE record with him in the lineup.

Overall a pretty big loss for the fans and the team.

Good luck and see you next season.

THANK GOD YOU ARE IN THE WEST.

Let's not trash Sean all of a sudden just because he left town. (at least not until he does something stupid while playing against us)

Lagreca was just going off on Garden fans cheering for Avery when he spears Lundy. It was actually pretty funny.

I'll miss his heart and his crazy antics.. good luck in Dallas Sean!

However, with the contracts shelled out yesterday, I'm just glad we didn't sign him at 4/16mill.. Face it guys.. he's not a top 6 player. And that's what he basically was for us. I'd rather give a kid a shot with a higher ceiling then slotting him in the top 6.

I'm also glad he's not in the East anymore!

You can say with a straight face that he never embellished/dived while wearing Ranger blue?

Meh.....net/net it amounted to no cups and an internship at Vogue Magazine. I'm okay with it. He's Brett Hull's responsibility now.

bunch of sour grapes

Fact is, Sean Avery is not supposed to be the game breaker on this team. That's what we had Gomez, Drury, and Jagr, Shanny, etc... for

People were expecting him to a PPG player in the playoffs. Come on, get real now

He was making fun of Garden fans who always cheer their returning players. Basically, he was saying that Avery can do no wrong in the view of Rangers fans. We'll boo Jagr for not scoring a pretty enough goal, but turn and cheer Sean when he spears Lundqvist. It was funny.

I'm just waiting for him to say some garbage about New York, Ranger fans, and management.

So the only things that can be classified as "memorable moments" are winning the Cup? Go back to your own board, troll.

Yesterday's Avery lovers are tomorrow's Voros lovers.

What will be interesting is to find out who replaces Malik as team scapegoat.

EJ Hradek just said that he has a "source" that says Dallas will be playing in New York this year. Should be an interesting game.

NHL Live just said that Dallas is slated to play in the Garden next season. That should be interesting.
