Looks like he'll be the replacement for Moran on the Moose.

Confused Mark for his brother Matt Cullen (of the Canes) at first... thought we had just solved our second line center problem

Same. My thought process was essentially thus:

"Matt Cullen, eh? Interesting. ...Oh nevermind, Mark Cullen. ...Wait, who?"

I'm not sure why Gillis doesn't sign Jason Krog for the Moose, he is a BC boy and arguably the best AHL player.

Damn, would have been a nice addition. Gillis really got moving today! but oh well. He can still make trades.

Yeah. Moose signings are good. May attract young AHL players there?

Pretty strong AHL scoring line center (point-per-game player over the past three seasons) who replaces the departed Brad Moran as the team's #1 center on the farm.

Once had a decent run in Chicago but is pretty purely an AHL guy.

16 pts in 32 NHL games is not bad.

neither is 47 pts in 59 games in the AHL.

but considering his age.....its alrite.
Depth/Moose signing.

Considering Ryan Shannon accepted his qualifying offer, he won't be Shannon. Haha.

Krog signed a contract with Severstal Cherepovets of the Russian Super League.
