OT- Sean Avery on Scott Ferrall Show Tonight on Sirius

For anyone who has Sirius satellite radio, Sean Avery is going to be on the Scott Ferrall show at some point tonight. The show starts at 8 EST 5 pacific. Just thought I would throw it on here. I'm definitely going to listen to it and will put a summary here. Ferrall show is a no BS show so I am sure Avery will say some good stuff.

For those of you who don't know...Scott Ferrall is on 101, which is one of Howard Stern's channels.

Getting ready for the Sather bash, and the aggrandizing into a christ-like figure second only to messier.

Good god, between Avery and Scott "**** for brains" Ferrall, listening to that show should legally be considered torture.

The only thing more annoying than Avery on the ice is Ferrall's voice.

so?? Sather probably did low ball him, he was worth what he wanted. I love Avery, he's actually interesting when he talks, contrary to a ton of NHL players who say the same zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz cliches.

around 4 mil per with a NTC is not what Avery is worth. The guy has never even exceeded 50 points in a season. Sather apparently gave him a 3.35 per year offer, but Avery didnt even respond to him. if that doesnt say anything about his character, then wow. i have lost alot of respect for the man.

I just got in my car for an hour, drove around, got some mcdonalds and waited for Avery. He was supposed to be on at 8:30, and at 8:20 when they were hyping up the interview, saying all RANGERS FANs, STARS FANS, NHL FANS you will want to hear this interview, and immidiately followed up by playing the audio clip from 40 year old virgin "You know how i know your gay? You like having other gay guys balls in your mouth". If Avery heard that he could have been offended and decided to not do the interview.

When they got back from commercial break they said he may come on later, and Scott said he BETTER be getting "strange" instead of doing the interview, and commented that a female friend had an orgasm after Scott mentioned his name to her. We'll see if he ever comes on. I just want to hear him talk about Jagr

You guys all make me sick. We all used to LOVE this guy, then he goes to a new team and we start ganging up on him. What gives? He's still going to be the Sean Avery we know him as, although, he'll be playing with Dallas this time around.

This guy brought all of you 1 and a half years of entertainment on ice and what does he get in return?

"that greedy ******* isnt worth my time"
"ehh... he isn't worth my time anymore"

That's just horrible.

Miss you, Sean! =]

couldnt agreee more. I am a fan of the letters on the front of the jersey not on the back, but Avery did nothing wrong here. The guy did a job well and wanted a raise, his current employer wouldnt give him one so he went elsewhere. Everyone here would do the same.

Called in to see what the deal was. It seems Avery blew them off. The guy on the phone called him a pr*ck.

couldn't agree more, thank you. Sean was the best thing to happen to this team since the discovery of Henrik Lundqvist. RECORDS DON'T LIE PEOPLE!!! My god this team was fun to watch with him out there. This team just has no heart and soul without him. THe Dallas Stars just got a new fan.

I actually had a feeling he wasnt going to do the interview after hearing how they setup the interview.. they were pretty much gay bashing (and i a HUGE howard stern fan and i get the humour totally ) but i dont know if Avery would have..

Somehow I doubt gay jokes are going to deter Avery, especially if there is any truth to the accusations of things he's said to some other players around the league.

Don't you remember he said he "bleeds Ranger blue"? He also said many times that he loves NY and loves playing at MSG.

Apparently he's just a phony because he left for only a couple hundred G's
