Building an Equipment Tree?

My wife is really busting my chops about drying the gear 2-3 times a week on our backyard deck.

Anyone have a "blue-print" (parts & tools) or suggestions for constructing one of these things. (I play LW/D, only special equipment I have is 2 custom made ACL knee braces, everything else is your standard gear).

If I could do one trip to Home Depot for under $100 Bucks that would be Awesome.

Any ideas/suggestions?

I made my own, Just took a 6 foot long peice of 2x4, put 4 1.5' peices of 2x4 in an x at the bottom so that it creates a cross (+) and then screw on 1.5" peices of 2x4 up the tree at however many you want leaving room at the top to put your shoulderpads on the top with a helmet.... I have 8 total "branches", 4 on each side and left like, I dunno... maybe a foot of the "spine" on the top.

Kinda looks like that I guess... normal gear tree... didn't cost me very much

We have 4 of them at home made out of PVC piping.

A few of them have attachments so you can put a blow dryer on it and it dries out the gear faster.

We had some of the largest sizes for the main part of the tree, and then about 3-4 inch piping for the arms of the tree. We have some that have holes drilled in them for better ventlation.

We have a specific one for skates that have lots of ventlation.

ONE good thing my dad did for our gear.

Yeah, if any of you can post pictures, it would help out a lot. Especially that one that you can stick a blow dryer in.

Make a plaster mold of your body and dress it up after every game. Works well for me and on the weekdays I put the mold in my passenger seat so I can use the carpool lane.
