The rest of the NHL is stunned and frightened. . .

Tremble before us. Get on your knees now and beg for mercy or else. . .

Jeez, you'd think that even Modry would have been signed before Holland.

I'm more than happy that they have signed him. He had a good year. He was a solid 5-6 guy. Every single player can't be Larry Robinson. Perspective. Flame away!

i absolutely agree...considering he was in his rookie year (albeit he's 28 y.o.)he played well for the kings...i predict he'll have an even better year and could become someone like aron miller (without the injuries)

I agree with your agreement

Hey, look it like this, we didn't win a game after he started being a healthy scratch.

The only good thing Holland did all year was score the goal against the Oilers with 6 seconds left. He was a whole lot of bad and during the season he got scratched while other guys got called up and played

...

Why do our other rookies get the benefit of the doubt when they struggle but when Holland struggles, he's the worst player we've ever signed?

well that's fine. we need cheap players that we can scratch and be put onto the roster as fillers for injuries. cause we sure can't put prospects or rookies in this position or else it will be a detriment their development and we sure can't put good expensive players or else they'll be pissed and demand a trade. every good team needs players like these.

I'm happy we resigned him as well. Played alright and for a guy who plays maybe once a week or less it speaks volumes about his character in that he comes to the ring every day prepared to play when in all likelihood he would be a healthy scratch. Plus it's not like we had to qualify him for 2.8.
