And Kovalev gets an 89 in puck control? Really? I'm pretty sure he's one of the elite of the NHL when it comes to that, high-90s, easily.

They should hire someone like Bob McKenzie (or with vast hockey knowledge) that can accurately rate these players. Don't hire Pierre McGuire though, Dion Phaneuf would be a 99 across the board.

edit: just looked closely, why is it Sergei is better then Andrei in just about every category.. That's kind of extreme. Starting to think their scouting staff includes Erika Kostitsyn

We will trade you Sam Gagner for Brian Smolinski. Brian does have better EA stats so we would throw in a 2nd or 3rd.

Guilty as charged, I used Smokes a couple times in my NHL 08 Dynasty's to acquire A-level prospects.. Worked every time!

How'd they rate Price and Toskala? I'd check, but gaming sites are annoyingly slow on a PSP

Koivu a 99 for toughness.

I'm gonna have way too much editing to make after looking at every teams ratings. Saku is rated higher then Boogaard, and equal to laraque and Chara.

There are very few players in the league as tough as Saku. Especially for everything he's over come. Toughness is not just physical strength.

Sorry, but im not referring to that kind of toughness. In this game toughness means being a hard ass and is used for a rating when it comes to fighting. They took away the fighting rating a long time ago, so this is all we've got.

In that sense, Saku isnt a 70.
