I remember seeing this picture of Eddie Shore once and thinking "WTH?"
Guy Lafleur as a Nordique bugged me. I was born in 1980, so I didn't get to see him play for the Habs, but I was aware he was a legend and I knew it was sacrilege for him to play for the No-dicks.
This one kills me. Beezer was my first ever favorite Ranger. This is also the reason I wouldn't have been too upset if the Devils had won the Cup in 2001; he would have finally gotten his name on the Cup.
Andreychuck as a Lightning. I know he bounced around a lot after he left TO but that was weird.
Jari Kuri as a Duck and Av
Peter Stastny as a Blue and Devil
Petr Bondra in Ottawa and Chicago
Brett Hull as a Flame
Gilmour as a Hab
Clark in anything but TO
Danny Markov in Phoenix
Linden in anything but Canucks
Mark Tinordi in Washington
Mark Hatcher (Derian's bro) in Rangers and Carolina garb
I don't think Tinordi in Washington is that odd. He played there for 5 years, and over 250 games. He was instrumental in our only finals appearance.
There is no Mark Hatcher. Derian's brother was Kevin (the player that Tinordi was traded for in a rare Captain for Captain trade), and he closed out his illustrious career with the Canes and Rangers.

Mark Hatcher was the oldest and biggest Hatcher brother, who was drafted by Chicago and played minor-pro but never appeared in the NHL:
Agreed on Tinordi. Also Ken Linseman who was one of the top players on the 1982-84 Oiler teams and huge in the '84 playoffs ... neither guy was 'weird' in that jersey.
If anybody could find a pic of Linseman in his two games as a Leaf that'd be great.

Great batch of cards!
I didn't even realize Pederson had ever played for Hartford.
Brad Park as a Red Wing is an eye opener too.
Rangers fans must detest seeing the Middleton card. They got about 2 years of so-so play out of Ken Hodge while the Bruins got a dozen outstanding years from "Nifty". One of the most one-sided trades ever.
Safe to say McNab isn't seen in Canucks colors often. Do any cards exist of him as a Devil?
1 and 2 are the same guy, obviously. IMO even wierder than Hull.
1 and 2 are also Harold Ballard's gift to the WHA (along with Jim Dorey, Rick Ley and Brad Selwood).
If you had to choose only one player to be pictured in a Leafs' jersey of that era, how could you NOT choose Dave Keon?
The Whaler in the 3rd photo looks like a cross between Robbie Ftorek, Dale Hoganson and Doug Jarvis.

I think he just couldn't find a Lineseman on the Leafs photo

You're right about Linseman. As a Bruins fan, the only teams I associate him with are the Flyers and Bruins, but he did spend a fair bit of time as an Oiler. A Leafs pic of Linseman would be a real weird one.
