he 26 years old he mihjt have few games with canadain that will tell if he,s up or down he allready played in lnh before few games

he,s center 6 foot one 200 pounds

i think when thy sign him because of corry lock leaving and in case sundin do,s not come to have someone to call up with some experience

he,ll be like a spare in case of injuries

i think chipchura not ready yet and maxwell did not play alot because of injuries so you need someone with experince thats not bad in case of injuries

Chips is 4 years younger with 20+ games more NHL experience...and you think Chip isn't ready?

He'll play in Hamilton.

But he still has NHL potential.. he may of made the NHL last year had he not been injured.

So does Plekanec, Koivu, Lapierre and whoever else...Chips is solid. His speed is still better than Lats and is average which is good. He isn't a liabilty out there...you have some man love for Lehoux one thinks!

i like chipchura he got good positioninghe,s big center if you bring him up lapierre has to play wing or trade one of them ill keep chipchura more talent than lapierre and allready better than lapierre but hard to have both up might need to choose so i waite for chipchura one more year and let him play few games up

Do you know lehoux or are you related to him? just asking...

anyway lehoux was signed to replace locke in hamilton and if he can make a buzz at training camp(is he even invited for sure?) or work hard in Hamilton maybe he can earn a callup but he will have to really improve and impress. The Habs are very deep at every position, he needs a miracle.

Bringing up Lehoux is something interesting, it's true that we need an offensive third line center, during the year, with injuries and bad performance we might see see Lehoux fill that spot, he has skills.

At the junior and minor pro level...so did Locke. If these guys were so good they wouldn't be floating around trying to catch a break.

Well Lehoux scored 2 goals and 2 assits in ten NHL games, so that makes him a capable NHLer, while Locke never did something near that. He's taller and bigger than Locke. I'm not saying the guy would put up 30 points in a NHL season but i doubt that he would restraine or slow down Lats, SK or Higgins or who ever ends up on the third line. Note that i still prefer Chipchura.

I think your expectations are a little too high on Lehoux, and not high enough on actual prospects drafted by the team in the 1st and 2nd round, who are also 4-6 years younger!

Pro-rate the seasons of Lappy and Chip and you get 25-30 point seasons...we don't need that on the 3rd and 4th lines!

Chip I think will be a Carbonneau clone with a good two game and the potential to be a 40 point player and leadership role as Assistant or Captain.

Still not sure what you're trying to say...and yeah, like someone else said, stop having a conversation with yourself, it's breaking the thread.
