Who will lead the Rangers in goals?

Simple question, who will score the most goals for the Rangers?

I vote Zherdev

(Sorry if this is a repost, I looked back 10 pages for a post like this but couldn't find one)

I share that sentiment. I have a feeling we will be playing a lot of 2-1, 3-2 games this season. Better ask your doctor now for a prescription to some blood pressure medicine, and while your at the store maybe pick up some rogain because a lot of hair will be pulled out in these close games that are imminent in out future.

If Drury leads the team in goals I predict a bad, bad season.

Jagr led with less than 30... we honestly can't get much worse.

didn't drury score 23(ironically his number) in only his first year with a completly new team , new playing system and no chemistry at all.

i'd say drury can get 30 this season.

I will be embarassed if Zherdev doesn't score the most. With the top 6 we have, he better.

Zherdev isnt a true sniper though. you have high expectations for him if you think he'll be a 50 goal scorer, because he wont. Hes like Hemsky, he can dance around anyone and can get around 40 assists, but he wont isnt a big time scorer.

Nah, I don't have high expectations for him, don't worry. With our current top 6, I'd say 25 is going to be the ceiling. I'm hoping Zherdev can get at least 30.

I'm going with the Nazgul. He seems to be prepared for his re-birth. Knows what it takes. Understands the opportunity before him.

30+

My sentiments exactly. We need for him to be up there for any kind of season success. He's pretty much our go to guy -- I mean Naslund can score some too but Zherdev really should be leading the charge.
