This ridiculous screen at the Tokyo Racetrack is the largest. It's 208 feet wide, and cost $23 million.

I went to the Oasis show last friday and noticed the jumbotron has been replaced judging from what we saw of it. The structure going into the roof seemed to be four faced with a round smaller structure under it (likely a 360 screen similar to most of the jumbotron posted in that thread). The parts seemed to be imbricated one into the other so it was very difficult to get an overall glimpse of the thing from ice level. All I know is that a square structure was stored in the roof where the hexagon jumbotron used to be.

I was also at the Oasis show last friday and didn't see anything. Speaking of Oasis, did anyone see the incident last Sunday in Toronto when Noel got pushed from behind and fell on the speakers and ended up with a broken rib?

What a retard, he should've pushed Liam off-stage instead.

Probably , but dont forget the screens will hide it.

Personally i just can t wait to see the final result, and I m hoping there s more than just the 4 screens.

No, it's the "structure", if you will.

Screens and stuff will be added OVER it.

So, yeah, it'll be bigger.

Im starting to wonder if this thing won't hide the entire ice surface for people in the nosebleeds. This thing is huge.

when the canucks changed their scoreboard a couple years ago, I couldnt take my eyes off of it. You will definitely notice a size and quality difference. Its hypnotic.

I wonder how many people will go to the game just for the jumbotron.

They should sell seats inside and make it like a glass bottom boat.
