Sanguinetti was called for boarding, which led to the PP goal by Esposito.

Happy to see Grachev playing in it. I guess that little scare by Russia not allowing him to play in international tornaments for 3 years isn't going to scare him.
I'd like to bring back my quote from a few weeks ago..

How is Del Zotto playing? How about Sangueitti? Is there any way someone could make a highlight reel of Some of the Rangers prospects, Grachev, Del Zotto, Sanguetti and Amsinov?

i think this has a lot to do with what i said earlier....very young team....no chemistry and very little leadership in the locker room.....a lot of these prospects for the other organizations have played more together....not overly impressed with 0 goals so far though

meh, this tournament means nothing and prospects performance in it has no real bearing on how they'll do in the NHL.

It's kind of cool to do but you can't take anything away from it

Granted, I wasn't expecting this team to win the whole tournament this year, but I hoping for a better showing. Was hoping they'd win a game, or at least score a goal. I'm hoping some good comes out it and that they get invited next year.

they will....like i said a lot of these players are very young....they will be much better next season.....expect to see the following there next season with an extra season under their belt

anisimov
cheraponov
grachev
hillier
zaborsky
pyatt
doyle
sanguinetti
del zotto
sauer
kundratek

thats a pretty solid team when they are all together, plus any solid picks they make next season(which is an offensively deep draft)

I doubt Pyatt, Sauer and Anisimov will play in it next year.
