Seriously if they have to move their equipment it wuldn't be that much trouble to move the whole HD stuff. By the way do they still have their old broadcast equipment?

Yes it would be a substantial expense to move their equipment, cameras, and rent the HD truck to take it out of Montreal. I would be quite surprised but also happy if they showed the game in HD.

What most likely will end up happening is that it will be shown on RDS HD, except it will be an upconverted widescreen feed. Regardless, I'm looking forward to it.

3rd and 4th lines and the D's......again....do not expect miracles.....

Hoping Buffalo comes with something similar.

Roberval should have had the pleasure of seeing Kovy and Lats.

I wonder how many cameras can fit in the place. Angles will most likely suck.

I don't care about Flinn playing tonight. All I want is both him and Laraque rested for the next exhibition game again Boston. Some players there have to pay for what they did.

Roberval should have had the pleasure of seeing Kovy and Lats.

Team 990 has been debating that since 10 this morning.
Marinaro says the people in Roberval want to see the Kovalevs, the Higgins, the Koivus ect.
Even if they are not playing, they should have been there in perseon to interact with the fans who do not have the opportunity to go see many games, if any at all.

Wow, horrible lineup... Montreal wants to give us a taste of it's rich history and decided to begin with the late 90's early 2000?

Yeah... they definately should dress every player, even if we are playing 6 games in 7 days. After all, there is so much to win in these exhibition games...

oh but there is!!

although the overall standings have not started yet, the moral victories have and we dont want to fall to far behind Boston or Toronto so early in the season.

They should dress players that have a shot at making the team in the future... I want to see our future in these games, try new chemistry, confirm chemistry; not to let our career AHLers play. To me, a preseason is to prepare and evaluate our personnel, not Hamilton's.

Praying that Dandenault somehow has a good game on D and maybe can actually gain some trade value.

you dont understand the fact that we play 6 NHL games in 7 nights.
Humans, no matter how in shape they are cant play that level of hockey for 6 nights out of 7. They need rest. Therefore they cant only have Maxwell, Weber, Subban, Maxpac and the few others playing.

the way they are doing it is fine.
Once the 6 games in 7 nights are done, they will trim the roster down BIG time, and you will get to see the guys you want to see.

haha... I guess we can't keep up with their pace, since beating A. Kostitsyn seems to earn them 168 moral points in the standings according to their fans.

EDIT : can someone answer me : WHAT THE HELL IS A GLUMAC?!

I really wish they present it in HD, 'cause I bought a 42'' screen last Sunday and I've yet to experiment hockey on it.

No, but they can play at least 4. These guys are hungry, they want to prove something, the more they can get the more they'll take. I'm pretty sure guys like Subban won't complain to receive a good look. Roberval won a contest and should be able to see a somewhat NHL caliber team on the ice, I'm pretty sure they are pissed to see an AHL team...

My mistake on saying Brisebois was playing (sorry if I gave anyone a heart attack lol), he isn't on the trip after suffering a slight groin injury this weekend.

So 4 Habs are already done with injuries...3 of them groins...

and holy crap, our lineup tonight has like 8 NHLers in it.

Although I have to work nights all this week I'm glad that RDS is streaming it from their site, I was seriously going to order this game even if they weren't streaming it for free.

I mentioned that before.

but it still doesnt change that they are humans, it's not worth to tire them out in the PRE-season.
I understand they are hungry and ready to go all the time but no use in waring them down.

all of them will get their chance, the time will come.
