My brain was on overload watching that PC, watching in silence was actually nice while the audio fritzed out forever. So many goodies, the best looking jerseys, an incredible looking new jumbotron...
Oh and why oh why could they not have done some sort of retro all-star jersey, or incorporated elements of our past jerseys into them. Right now, those all-star jerseys look like the generic crap swewed up by RBK and the NHL over the past few years.
Wow! I just saw the new scoreboard on Sports30 ... Its ridiculously huge (biggest in NHL) , 5 times bigger then the old bell centre scoreboard...
I couldn't believe how massive it was. That thing is going to be nuts to watch in HD at games (I'm going to have to remind myself to watch the ice without getting distracted, lol)
It's probably the screens that is 5 times bigger than the original one, if the scoreboard would be 5 times bigger than last years it would probably take half of the Bell Center. I liked the way Ray Lalonde introduced saying he was the newest acquisition of the Habs and so on, I was waiting for Lang to come on stage.
I need tickets for the game and gala for december 4th and 5th 2009.
I was born on december 5th and it would be unreal to be there... I would have to fight hard to get those tickets but it would be something I would neber forget!
I just thought about this.. Wouldnt it be weird if Habs dont re-sign Koivu and not seeing him on the 100th anniversary celebration on december 4th 2009?
2) That jersey Kovalev is wearing... will make players sick.
That's the plan, at least for the opposition. We are a fast skating team. We will have time to practice in those jerseys before hand and adjust to them. The opposition won't. Clever, huh?
Can't wait til those jerseys go on sale. Don't know if I can afford them all but I'll see what I can do. Would make a sweet display to have them all hanging on a wall IMO.
