From what I've heard, do whatever your told really quickly and speak when you're spoken to. Actually the interns aren'ttreated too badly as they don't get paid, I belive but the young tech guys can be abused.
That wrestling thing was a gag that they pulled, for reasons I don't get. Melnick mentionned on eday that a local wrestler was leaving weird voicemail for him, then as it progressed the guy came in studio and reaked havoc, then a few months later, Warren Cromartie 'happened' to be there as the wrestler ret'd.
Cromartie who apparently made a wrestling appearnace in Japan, saved Andie this time by delivering a tomahawk chop or some aptly named blow to the wrestler.
It was kind of funny I guess, but weird in that they really aren't into running gag stuff, but I remeber confusion on hf as some posters thought Andie had really been attacked.
