Wow, I say that the Habs are better and it's still not enough for you.

Cocky aren't we.

Teams that have had a lot of personnel changes have the whole chemistry thing to get going early in the season. Same reason why I think the Rangers will have a rough start to the season.

Ottawa had no major changes last year and I think that helped them get out to that 17-3 start. Meanwhile, a team like Buffalo struggled early on because they lost some key pieces and had to adapt.

Having not read the Sens thread (haven't had my sarcasm vaccine yet), and taking it simply as a post out of context... That's not very inflammatory.

Totally agree. It's a team sport and you never know how major roster changes will work out. Even the best usually take some time. I was surprised that both Philly and the Rangers didn't have more adjustment problems last year than they did. Very reasonable to assume Ottawa will go through some adjustment with all the new bodies, especially the d.

Oh, I'm much more inflammatory with respect to Montreal's exit from the post-season last year.

I can understand Montreal fans having a problem with that particular opinion.

But saying that Ottawa has more to adapt to than Montreal is not particularly outrageous.

Dude, 4 of us are going up to Montreal on Dec 9th to catch the Habs Flames game (My fiancee agreed to cut our honeymoon in half so we could steal those days from work. No one should ever question why I'm marrying her).

Anyway, the car is full but if you don't mind cramped, dark places (no not that place) there should be enough room in the trunk (no not that trunk).

click on Training Camp on the left menu, and click on the players to get their numbers.

I'm going to the game too.

3 more.

One more on RDS on Oct 4th, one on TSN 2 tomorrow, one on TSN against Detroit on Tuesday.

I am almost tempted to sticky this because the question comes up seemingly every hour, even though we have a big thread on it.

Sticky it. And while your at it, get rid of five or six of the stickies that are already there and nobody needs anymore.

Please sticky a Preseason TV thread and close it so no one can reply. I came here to know just the same, thankfully it was in the last few posts.

WOW!!

I cant tell you how hard it is for me not to answer.
I wanna rip a couple of their posters a new one but i'll end up getting banned.
Ottawa fans have some sort of issue with us because they missed their chance to win the cup and they know we have a better team/future.
