I would Switch, PK Subban, Yannick Weber, Kyle Chipchura and David Fischer.

Yannick Weber at number 3
PK Subban at number 5
David Fischer at number 8
Kyle Chipchura at number 10

1. Max Pacioretty
2. Ryan McDonagh
3. Yannick Weber
4. Ben Maxwell
5. PK Subban
6. Danny Kristo
7. Pavel Valentenko
8. David Fischer
9. Matt D’Agostini
10. Kyle Chipchura
11. Mathieu Carle
12. Ryan White
13. Alexei Emelin
14. Steve Quailer
15. Maxim Trunev
16. Nichlas Torp
17. Greg Stewart
18. Brock Trotter
19. Andrew Conboy
20. Joe Stejskal

It's really hard to know where to rank Fischer at the moment, will he be on the US WJC team this year?

Yes he looks to have a lot of offensive potential, he's a shooter from the looks of it with a nice shot not powerful or heavy like A.Kostitsyn but a quick release and a willingness to shoot from anywhere and everywhere. I don't know how much I'll see of him this year but next year I'll see more of him most likely since North Dakota is on tv a decent amount. I don't know of who I could compare him to at this time, someone that's on the smaller side in terms of frame not so much in height, he looks skinny but he's fast and his speed is a major asset for him.

No he's too old.

I know some like Weber more then Subban, but for me they are very close and I like Subban more now but down the road I expect Subban to be a lot better as he's got more speed and strength which I think will help him more in the NHL. I know people are happy about Weber right now but it's only preseason, we'll see what he can do when the regular season starts. I do like Weber for sure and think he's one of our top D prospects, but I hope to see him get stronger and improve his defensive game. Granted Subban needs to improve his defensive game too but he'll have another year in the OHL and with Team Canada, so next year hopefully he's even better when he turns pro.

So if this makes sense, if you compare Weber and Subban, I try and look at it like Weber this past season vs Subban this coming season. But either way I'm glad we have both and what a job Timmins and his staff did at the '07 draft.
