Please don't stand up during games. Think of the midgets that may be behind you.

No more clothing or flags that includes Bleu Blanc Rouge we should cut it down to just blue et blanc and have that really cool looking maple leaf to go with it. Also remove any post 1963 banners. just think of how classy we will look then.

Blindly pouring beer over Mike Richard's head is very disrespectful. The appropriate thing to do would be to ask him what kind of beer he prefers first.

when visiting fans come to the rink, remind them of how you are not worthy of their presence. Then kiss their feet and abruptly leave the rink so they can boo our players without any sort of disruption.

If this happens, maybe, just maybe, the habs fanbase wont be bashed by the much more knowledgeable hockey fans.

Umm... I'm pretty sure the entire thread is sarcasm. Why focus on this post?

78. When a Montreal player scores, the polite thing to do is NOT to clap and cheer - everyone in the arena is to stand up, start pointing at the opposing goalie and chanting (loudly),

"It's all your fault! It's all your fault!"

This will help him understand the flaws in his game and become a better, more well-rounded person.

In the event of paying a lot of money for tickets to an NHL exhibition game, the only one you will get to see live the whole season, and your team is getting blown out refrain from having fun at the opposing team's expense. This is inhuman and no matter what reasons you may have for yelling loudly at the opposing team, you must sit quietly and enjoy the game, despite the score or else you are classless.

Under no circumstance can you mention Milan Lucic’s whole crossdressing thing from his junior days.

When the beer guy takes a break and sit in the walks to watch the game ; steal a beer.

If the Bruins score, leave the arena quietly, one by one.

Beat up anyone in a Bruins or Philidelphia jersey, no matter the relevance of the game or who we are facing on said night.

Then when they're on the ground congratulate them on their "moral victory".

I've read some funny youtube discussions on habs/bruins fans flamewars. I must say, habs fans seem to stick it to them each and every time

Fans of the habs outside of Canada go above and beyond to be a fan. Finding stations that play games or having providers that can get you RDS.... having no friends around you who are also fans.... all that stuff about being a fan outside the teams area makes it so much harder to me a fan but makes being a fan so much more worthwhile.

Show those hams in San Diego who the best hockey team of all time is!

When possible after having your company pay for your expensive tickets, please make sure NOT to pay attention to the game. Take out your cellphone/blackberry and make sure you engage in the most useless conversation you can think of, making sure all the fans in higher seats hear what you are saying. After all, who wants to watch hockey when they can hear awesome stories while enjoying the comfort of an airconditioned large room.

When Lucic goes on the ice, just turn your head to the left in order to let them do their fapping in all intimacy!

Hey there... nice to be missed! I'm feeling all fuzzy on the inside.

To tell the truth, I've been lurking around the board all summer but there wasn't much worth posting about except for the umpteenth Sundin speculation.

I did enjoy the habs-canucks fan mutual-smackdown though. "we have Demitra & the winter Olympics"... still cracks me up!

Anyway, went to my first two games on tuesday & wednesday. Team looks really promising on so many levels. Really psyched for the season!

How you guys been?

Fine!

That bout against the nucks fan was epic! Will be remembered for ages. Now official HF lore.

Y'know what, I think most fans here agree with you, we're all stoked about the upcomming season.
