Pacioretty 19(67) Chant vs. Leafs

I just realized that Max's # 67 would make a great chant at the bell centre. I go to quite a few leaf games in MTL, and last year there were a few times that we got the 67 chant going. Now with Max, it would be twice the slap in the face. What do you guys think?

You lack class, you should be ashamed of yourself. I will write a strongly worded letter to the Canadiens organization to ensure they do not admit a ruffian like you into the Bell Center.

Not TOO strongly worded I hope, you wouldn't want to offend anyone...

I'll keep it along the lines of calling him a cad, miscreant and having delusions of adequacy.

I wouldn't go beyond calling him a "rather rude fellow", but hey some people just aren't as classy as me.

Have you ever been to a Habs-Leafs game in MTL?
I'm just sick of the Leafs is Canada's team crap. With the amount of leafs fans at the games, it's hard to get any chant going, let alone a good one like that.

Thats assuming Pac keeps that number if he makes the team full time.

Chris Higgins used to wear #88.

Seems like they make em keep the #'s handed out. ie SK74, Latendresse 84. The only one to change would be Plekanec, in recent memory.

LOL, it's all in good fun. There was no ill will in there.

As for the actual chant, it is the closest thing to an original one posted here in a while. Just not sure how it would work out.

If he makes the team I would assume he would switch to his regular #39.

No, no, no, 39 is my number, after we retire my present number 25.

I am the original stay-at-home defenseman. I asked the coach what time he wanted me to be at the rink. He said stay at home.

Or MaxPac can point to him number when he scores against the Leafs... which we all know will be alot during his career and will still be relevant 20 years from now since the Leafs won't have won another cup by then.

An Carle can point to his number when he scores against the Bruins....72.

I'd prefer MaxPac showing his number with this pose after he scores a goal
