I dont really see how it is. tallinder has fallen hard and mac is average at best.
Tallinder has had a couple of bad weeks and is capable of much better. It's doubtful Regier is going to throw him out with the proverbial bathwater. As for MacArthur... sure. Moving him to shore up a need in another area makes perfect sense.
Tallinder, Afinogenov, and Macarthur for Patrick O'Sullivan, Trevor Lewis, and a conditional 3rd if POS signs for four years or more.
I'm definitely interested although I think it's a slight overpayment, but this would have to be accompanied by another move to get D-men on the farm in Portland, since this would mean Weber is full-time, and we're already a bit short of bodies as it is on the back end in Portland. But assuming that's done, I could see this happening. But how is POS defensively?
Reading HF's report on Lewis seems like he might be a good fit since he's fast and defensively responsible, but do Kings fans think he'd make the NHL? In what capacity?
