Hey, I know it says that no vcash will be refunded, but this is before anything happens. I accidentally bet on the wrong team (for a game tomorrow night). Is there any way to get it back or at least change my bet before it starts?

Joking aside, the rule is "There is no refund, period!". That's the rule. The only way a refund will be given is if a bet was wrongly settled and the event has to be abandoned. Even if you place your V$$$ on the wrong team, it will not (and can't) be refunded.

I'm just throwing this out there, but you guys should really consider giving everyone a substantial amount of free vCash before the start of the season. Just a one time bonus so that we all have a little extra cash to work with, allowing everyone to bet on EVERYTHING. A couple grand, nothing crazy, just a little boost. Just like the Jeff Cowan bra throwing event in which we couldn't determine the results, so the AWESOME moderating staff decided to be nice and award everyone a win, just to boost our accounts before the playoffs.

I'm not sure how it affects the server, but if there's no difference.....

1. Members have never been able to donate vcash to other members as far as I know. You might think it would be a good idea to allow donations, but if we did, alot of posters would be going around asking for unsolicited vcash donations.

2. No.

I believe when vcash was first introduced, you could donate to other members. But, that was taken away at the same that vtheft and vstore and all of that was taken away.

Q: Can my bet(s) be reversed or negated?
A: Once a bet is placed, it cannot be reversed.
If you bet twice for the same team by mistake, Mods/Admins cannot go in and give the vcash for one of those bets back to you. We simply don't have the ability to do so. Please be cautious when placing your wagers and review your bets before you hit return.

Q. How do I check the vbookie standings? Where do I stand compared to others?
A. Vbookie Statistics Page

When you bet and win... You get back your original bet plus the winnings.. If you lose all your vcash and are sitting at 0 vcash, when the next VBookie event is made you will get 50 Vbucks..To start betting with again..

This was sent down from the admins last week...

Q. Can events include propositions and other unsual occurances? ie. Light The Lamp
A. Yes, but only moderators can create events for which no odds are published. In other words, only moderators of this forum can create events and make up our own odds.

Bets are settled usually within 24 hours... Sometimes they are done right after the game...sometimes not until the next morning.. It depens on the Event maker...

You must be a mod of this board to make them pretty much, as most of them the event maker has to make up the odds and only mods are allowed to do that... Right now no parlays are being made.. We have been told to only do events with 2 options.. so, just win/loss vbookies can be made for now..

Because they are favoured, and the odds makers feel it's by that much.
