Krog is a useful utility player, he'll likely land on his feet, maybe back home in BC where a fourth line center could be needed now that Lindgren has gone unqualified? And despite an awful year, Schastlivy can still be good.

So, how much will Niedermayer, Salei and Vish make next season? Does anyone know? I was under the impression Rob made quite a lot of money but don't remember.

Thanks.

Rob-2.1 million
Salei-1.9 million
Vish-1.3 million

(assuming they sign contracts at their qualifying offers)

Krog could help some teams fourth lines...good penalty killer, good speed, hidden offensive talent, great on faceoffs...
Similiar situation to Ducks letting Marc Chouinard walk last year.

heres what Ducks GM Al Coates said about Krog:

"He's put in some yeoman service to the team, but I think we need to move on," Coates said. "We need to move by some people."

It will be a joke if any of those 3 go to arbitration.

he's one of the only players in the Ducks top 6 with any sort of skill and size combination.
How does Anaheim survive without Niedermayer?

Cam Severson played well in a couple games I saw him in last season. He's a good enough skater to get in on the forecheck and throw some hits. Rugged player, that could be a good dept guy in an organization somewhere. Considering Severson made close the league minimum, It's surprising he wasn't qualified.
