I'm watching the Vancouver/Calgary game on CBC during the intermission and, in case anyone was wondering, Marc Crawford is actually a decent colour guy...some worthwhile analysis, which is a nice change of pace for the HNIC team.

Handzus and Stoll having bounceback years would go a long way toward shoring up the team defense.

Remember that neat little talent that Ersberg showed us at the end of last season? The one where he could suck up rebounds really well? That would have helped out on that last goal.

The Sharks are a lot crisper in their execution in every zone; they're able to stifle a Kings attack that is very rough around the edges.
