Man,

I realized tonight how much I hate almost eveything about the Leafs. When Blake scored to make 5 - 1 Montreal, the Leaf fans and the CBC acted like they won the cup or something

Can't wait to see Laraque muscle around and crunch up hated Leaf, Flyer and Bruin players

Its the Laraque-anticipation thread...

Gotta include this for INSPIRATION!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q-c-r...d.php?t=560787

When was the last time Montreal had a guy like Laraque?

And what exactly did CBC do?

And can you believe Leafs fans cheering for their team scoring, what a bunch of jerks...(Sarcastic)

He'd be a great offensive boost.

My biggest wish deep down for this season is for Laraque to get a hat trick.

Too bad the Canadiens don't play the Sens for another month...
Can't wait to see what BGL does with him.

Looking forward to see him play against the Bruins. I want him to have Lucic, Thornton, Chara for dinner.

Laraque is going to the door that give access to the ice for the bruins and he will spank their ass one by one, its going to be awesome !

I predict he gets suspended for the rest of the season in the first game !

When BGL is going to step in on the Bell Centre ice, there's gonna be electricity for sure.

I sort of wish there would be one or two guys to help him out, though.

There are other guys on the team who can drop them if needed to... but i don't wnat our fourth line to have 3 goons on it and not be bable to play hockey.

Thats the great thing about Laraque... Hes actually a decent player... and will be fine in 10 minutes per game....

I don't want no more goons who we have to limit to 2 minutes. Like that guy we had a couple years ago... Darren Langdon... nice enough guy, good fighter.... but total liability on the ice

I don't want goons either. But I want to see when George starts something and there's some scrapping that he's not going to be surrounded with velvet hands and softies. I think A Greg Stewart for instance-a guy that can play hockey-would be more effective than Dandy or Lappy in those situations.

Stewart is no heavyweight scrapper.... Tom Kostopolous does the same thing as a fighter... and he'll be on the fourth line when everyone is healthy. The fact that he got the promotion over Begin and Dandy to the third line tells me the coaching staff thinks more of him than those two.

Kosto - Lappy - Laraque.

O'Byrne can also drop them if necessary.

A Gordie-Howe-Super-Hat-Trick

3 goals, 3 assists, 3 fights!

edit: If that happens, it'll be called a Georges Laraque-trick!

I hope he plays well, the Habs ice a pretty dynamic 4th line right now although if having him in the lineup means more ice time for the for the first three I'm all for it.

I really doubt Neil will fight BGL.. he didn't even want to go with Goddard this week.

I'm going to the Boston game so I am wishing he plays and crushes one of them. Or two.

Did you see him refuse Goddard, there is no way in hell he is going to drop em with BGL.
