We should be more motivated for tonight ,at least the players from last year but than again lets not forget this is our 3rd game in 3 nights.

Won our first 2 games, 2-1, same as you guys... I would argue against better teams too...

But hey, I'm not expecting much from this one. Enjoy the season!

Are the Islanders a better team across the pond?

The Penguins looked even worse than the Islanders. They got 15 shots on goal and looked pretty terrible. I wish they played like that against us. Aside from their goalies, both the Hawks and Flyers looked much better.

Why is Fritsche the ONLY player that can't seem to get into the lineup?

From Sam, as of yesterday the lines are the same as Saturday. Obviously except Henke will be in goal.

Fritsche should get his chance on the third line with Korp and Cally. After the Euro games Korp has done nothing the past few games. Young player, I'm not saying scratch him or anything, but would really be a huge plus for this team if our 3rd line could be a factor. Is it just me or does Ryan Callahan extremely over rated? Love the guys heart, hustle, and ability to throw a hit. But i guess I'm speaking offensivley here. After 06-07 when he came up and showed offensive ability, he has done absolutely nothing since.

Dawes should get in, he is the Brodeur killer.

Also, this is the most important game.

If we win we will be Stanley Cup champs. If we loose the end isn't even near, its here. It will be over, finito...

Agreed 100%. I don't understand what Rissmiller did to stay in the lineup honestly especially considering Dawes and Brodeur's brief history. With or without Nigel, though, let's keep the winning going and get to 5-0. LGR!
