I beleive he's refering to you...

Nobody wanted Tibbetts here, and that didn't change once we aquired him. No one here wants Darcy Tucker either.

I know but what he said still doesnt make sense, its a dumb insult that was used in playgrounds when I was a kid.

It does make sense actually.

You called someone scum, and then turned around with a real classy "Id be praying for a career ending injury if those two ever signed." What makes a person who says/does something like that any better than Tibbetts?

So know youre comparing me wishing someone would get injured (of course something which I have no control over) to a convicted rapist?

You posts are getting more clueless by the second but then again Id expect nothing else from a Leaf fan. Go back to your own board before you embarrass yourself even further.

Talk about posts being clueless! Is English your first language? Christ, "So know youre"? Do you mean "So now you are"? Maybe this is a new saying that I, a clueless Leaf fan am not aware of?

Anyway, It does not matter if you have control over it or not. Praying for a "career ending injury" upon someone is pretty low - class. I would expect more from someone who feels they are in a position to call other people 'scum'.

You should just stop. Regardless of what you say to the contrary, all you've done is try to agitate Flyers fans and that is simply not necessary. To the Flyers fans, quit feeding the trolls.

Sheesh, where are the mods when you need 'em?

If you had half an ounce of intelligence you would know that English is my 1st language by looking at where Im from. You would also be able to deduce what I meant or is deduction not one of your many strongpoints? That denotes cluelessness, not making a simple spelling mistake while talking on the phone.

I dont care what you think. Youre a Leaf fan. Youre a source of amusement for the 29 other teams fans, nothing more.

That does not tell me anything. You could be an immigrant, and from what I have seen of present day England, that is very possible.

You are pretty funny yourself. Especially your "talking on the phone" excuse, that was a good one.

Not sure what you are laughing about. I have met more than one person with a western name, who speaks English as second language. I never said "non English speaking".

Just a piece of friendly advice without any insults, it might just be a good idea to get back to your own board before this gets nasty, perhaps it already has.

But still, deduction isnt your strong point.

The chance of a person with an English name living in England and only having English as a second language is pretty remote, no?

I would have thought an 8 year old would have figured that one out.

================================================== ===========

Maybe in England it's not that common, but here in America it's quite possible.
In fact I know a few people who lives here, have English name, and yet english is their second language.
I guess,if you were more open-minded you'd know about it.
And just for the record,English is my second language too.

Maybe possible but anyone with half a brain would take it as reasonable that someone called Pierre, living in France would have French as his 1st language. The odds are 99.99% of that being true.

That comment makes absolutely no sense, open mindedness hasnt got *anything* to do with what we were talking about.
