Q: When is the earliest the Kings CHL prospects are eligible to play a full season in Manchester?
A: Providing he has a pro contract:
2008-09: Voinov, Loktionov, Kidd, Fillier
2009-10: Doughty, Hickey, Moller, Cameron, King, Rowat
2010-11: Teubert, Wudrick, Jones
They can join Manchester for the rest of Manchester's season after their respective junior seasons are over (providing they have a pro contract or an ATO).
Here's an explanation of the AHL age requirements.

There is a private agreement in place between the NHL and the CHL that governs when a player coming from the CHL can play in the AHL. A player from the CHL has to either turn 20 by December 31st of the season (ie a player born in 1987 can start playing in the 2007-08 season, a player born in 1988 can start playing in the 2008-09 season etc.) OR have completed 4 seasons of junior eligibility. This agreement also covers European players if they are drafted out of the CHL (Examples would be players like Petr Vrana and Ivan Vishnevskiy). Also - CHL players are eligible to play in the AHL once their junior season is over (either by virtue of their junior team not making the playoffs or being eliminated from the playoffs) even if they don't yet meet the age or eligibility criteria listed above.
College players and European players (provided they are drafted out of Europe--even if they later play in the CHL) are not covered by this agreement. They only have to abide by the AHL's age requirement, which is that a player has to turn 18 by September 15 of any given season to be eligible to play. While you won't see many 18-year olds in the AHL, some European players have played at that age (e.g. Niklas Bergfors)
Tuebert seems to be puttin up some impressive numbers in the minors. I hope it keeps up, that would be nice if he could keep it up. Although the offensive upside would cost the kings more in salary.
I asked about Loktionov in the Windsor thread awhile back and this is what I've got so far.

Says something about the kings scouting dosen't it.
Campbell, who had signed an amateur-tryout agreement with Manchester, is back with his junior team in Sault Ste. Marie until, his agent said, he gets ``a contract that compensates him fairly.''
The Kings took Campbell, a 20-year-old defenseman, with the 74th overall pick in the third round. He had 13 goals, 22 assists and 64 penalty minutes in 68 games last season with Sault Ste. Marie. In the interview with the Sault Star newspaper, his agent, Kyle Dubas, also said, ``My job is to ensure he's taken care of fairly. I'm still hoping we can come to a fair agreement, but some fundamental differences need to be bridged.''
According to the paper, Dubas is seeking a standard three-year, two-way entry level contract while the Kings have offered a one-year contract with Manchester.
Thanks, good read. I couldn't help but notice the one time I saw him play at development camp that he stood out as the most aggressive player, bar none save for maaaybe Wayne Simmonds. I believe he was the only player to score a goal and he was crashing into people twice his size regularly. I didn't realize he had such a mean streak in him tho.... but I like that
He's played behind Daniel Spence, so he's a bit of a sleeper prospect. He looked good last year in minimal starts, but lack of games put him 12th on the North American goalie list. This week the Hitmen released Spence in favor of Jones, so we should get a chance to see more of him this season. I'll give an update once I get a good look at him.
