I don't mean to be a harbinger of doom, but this smells like the Buffalo game 2 years ago. They see our defense in shambles, you know those guys are licking their chops.

Same exact thing could be said for our offense.

i live in pittsburgh, this is a must win.

i've been decked out in orange and black all day. if it wasn't for classes i'd be taking advantage of the pen's student rush and at this game...oh well.

As I just posted in yesterday's GDT, I take full responsibility for the loss last night. Wore the same jersey after a loss. I'm not wearing it tonight, so maybe we'll get some better luck.

GO FLYERS!!!

Okay Canadians with Centre Ice... I can't locate our game on the guide at all. Help!

Hopefully it's just the guide that's screwed up... if I can't see this game because it's on TSN2, I'm not a happy camper.

Alright gang, it's time for desperate measures now... In light of this game, and hoping it to not be a blow out...I am breaking out the 40oz... Steel Reserve and Colt 45s for all shall bring us good luck tonight.

No, they do it because it's a good thing to do. It's the one thing I respect about their franchise. They could easily sell those tickets for $50 or $60 but they give 'em to kids my age for $20. Wish the Flyers did too.

I feel your pain. I really don't know why I ordered the NHL network, I remember the frustration I used to get from it. They never start games until around 9pm eastern, they come late into games...then you get nights like tonight where they are showing NHL history clips...

Tried to order TSN2 tonight, rogers doesnt carry it. And i'd love NHL Center ice, but as far as I can tell I have to buy it in a package with other crap I don't want for 30$/month.

I have Centre Ice and it's not doing me a bit of damn good tonight. Rogers is going to get a very lovely email from me. I can't print what I'm calling them here, but I bet you can figure it out.

We're in the same boat, CG. Fortunately, my friend in Vancouver has TSN2 on free preview through the end of the month, and he has a slingbox so I'll be watching it on the slingbox tonight.

I likely miss the first period, but hopefully I'll get home to see the boys comfortably ahead.
