On another note... we've also realized its impractical to count on one person to do everything.... as evidenced by harry missing a couple games... it would be nice to have two people to split the duties...
One to do Home games... one to do road games so we try to get a 50/50 split and not a starter/backup role as we feel both people will be important.
And with 2 people if you aren't available to do one (vacation, exams, etc....) you can get the other person to do it.
The most important thing will be reliability and second will be the artwork. I also think a situation where one person post up GDTs (doing all the facts and stat research) but using anothers help with artwork and designs could work as Harry has made it work in the past.
This is not a slight to Harry at all... I'd have to put him as an early leader to continue in the role.... but there is no reason why we can't explore making the GDTs better.
While I agree with the fact that yes, it would be smart to have a backup plan if said GDTer isn't available on that day.
But I also agree with RedSculls point about it being tactless the way you went about this. It isn't like Harry was the GDT guy for 2 games or something.
The blueprint for a great GDT is on other teams' forums, it's not too difficult for anyone to do it as long as they're reliable.
I'd gladly provide better (and more humorous) graphics to Harry's GDTs on a game to game basis if need be.

Just Harry. Pascal can PM him graphics or reply in the GDT and say "I thought this would look great in your GDT, please edit your post & put this in."
Okay sorry we didn't go about it the right way.... We just had some ideas to improve reliability and improve the GDT's for the centennial.... Sorry to Harry...
Can we end the drama in the thread and see what other people have so we can pick our Road GDT person.
Its impossible to have a real life and do everything this board requires... that is why we added more mods recently..... Is spreading the GDT around so Harry does Home Games + Playoffs.... Person 2 does Road Games.... and they can swap off when one of them can't do the GDT (or when we play the Devils ). Is that such a bad thing??
Also now we have Pascal as someone volunteering to give us some new graffic designs.... i think that is a good thing.
Seriously guys... we want the GDTs to be the best on the board, as the biggest board and cause its the centennial i think we should be the best on HF.
