I love home openers. There just something special about them. The habs have a terrific team. I cant imagine how it will be inside the bell center tonight.

I will say though in my opinion this is by far the funniest board and posters at this site.
And do not discount a hearty laugh. It is medicine in it's own right.

I will admit that I come by everyday just to find pure gold from AY, Fido, mcphee, and oh so many others.

This one added a year to my life:

Sometimes I laugh so hard, I cry. And that is priceless folks.

GO HABS GO!!

Canucks fan here but the Habs are my close second favourite team and the only other team I cheer for. As long as it's okay with you guys I'll probably be posting here more often.

4-2 Canadiens

MTL goals: Kostopolous, Markov, A. Kostitsyn, and Kovalev
BOS goals: Bergeron, Sturm

P.S. Just so you know I am a CLASSY Canucks fan, not a troll. I genuinely love the Habs

Go Habs Go
K.'s always seemed like a good guy, but if you get a chance, sucker punch him then dive for cover. They think we do that anyways so...

Great, Pierre McGuire goes on about the 1st game after a road trip letdown, then the home team standing around during a ceremony letdown, way to make me nervous.

I have to drive my young'un to some activities and I 'm not home until, 7.30, thanks be to my sainted Aunt who left me money that I used on a PVR.

5-0 Canadiens.

Saku Koivu will score a goal. Same to Kovalev.

Laraque and Thornton will tumble, and boy, I feel bad for Shawn.

When reporters ask Guy what he thinks about Georges absolutely murdering Shawn Thornton, Guy will say, "I could care less".

Final answer

Since any post during or after the game is just going to start a fight I'll try before the game. I'm hoping to see a good emotional game to spark this rivalry right from the get go this year. Last years playoffs were awesome and I hope the Bruins can turn it around and finally get a couple of wins against the Habs this year. You guys have looked really impressive so far and the B's D has been suspect at that but both teams have improved since last year. Time to bring on the fireworks hopefully we see some good goals hits and fights. No matter who wins or loses I'm sure we'll be in for some good arguements as the year goes on.

Go Bruins

I want us to score on the first shift of the game. Give them nothing. Take from them everything.
