That is what I was thinking...

maybe a minor injury that they don't want to take any chances with.

This is why depth is important, and why keeping as many of our top UFAs as possible should be a priority.

Great. Just as we're getting our injured players back another one gets injured.

Hopefully its nothing serious.

He's probably about to be traded. No big deal.

I bet he wasn't 100% to start with... He racked up points but he wasn't as quick as he usually is...

He said to Guy "This rink is too small for me and the other hockey players, i want to get traded to Buffalo to be with my super duper friend that i just can't live without, Craig." And Koivu started poking Lats and Lappy with his stick, to show them what he thinks of Quebecers, Guy got tired of Koivu picking on Lapierre and Latendresse for being french and decided to bench him.

It was obvious when the camera was pointing at the bench.

Does your dream include Lang as our 2nd line C and Lapierre/Chipchura as our 3rd and 4th line centers?

For Gaborik? That would be an horrible trade. Our weakness is in the middle. Playoff Koivu > Gaborik. Leadership Koivu >>>> Gaborik. Horrible horrible idea, no way in hell that trade could be done. It's so horrible that it's horrible even for Minnisota. Again, horrible.

Ok...let's get in the unrealistic speculation game... Forget Gaborik... Koivu traded for a solid Right Handed defensman to play with Hamrlik and Sundin finally signs! lol

Update from HabsOutsideIn:

Before OT started last night, he had a vision of how the game would end. He then went into a fit of uncontrollable laughter, muttering various indecipherable things. The only words Carbo and the bench could make out were "Bruins" and "aaaaahahahahahahaha waahahahaha".

He woke up today still laughing and missed practice because he has been employed by a local opening stadup act looking for someone to set the tone in the crowd for them. More news later...
