PGT: Habs win against Coyote Ugly

Discuss this very solid and complete 4-1 Habs win. Goaltending, defence, offence and toughness. We saw it all tonight

Pirce was solid! Our second line is on fire and has shown incredible chemistry so far. I wouldn't touch this line. Lang with the enormous fourth goal. Awesome game for the Habs! Woooo!

Things we learned tonight:

- Keith Yandle is scared of Laraque
- Andrei Kostitsyn has the ability to fly
- When your life is in danger, hold on tight
- Josh Gorges is russian
- Kostopoulos is really a great guy!
- One of the Coyotes player secretly wants to play for Montreal

I am really worried about Kosty. He has been playing with reckless abondon lately, and it was bound to happen sooner or later i guess.

Price and Gorges

Did you guys see SK74 with his head down holding back tears after the Andrei hit? Koivu had his arm around him telling him that it'll be ok. (I'm assuming)

Pretty emotional moment there. Must be hard to see that happen to a brother.

- Gorges is solid
- Price is amazing
- Tanguay, Koivu, Latendresse are starting to click which is really good
- Kovalev didn't play that well, but let's give him the fact he got slashed real hard. Still, that was the mother of all spinoramas in third.

Ya you're right, he was hit blindsided, but I hope you noticed the stick marks on AKs face. Wasn't a clean hit. Yes he stupidly looked at this nice pass, doesn't mean the defencemen is allowed to cross check him in the face.

Really? We already know he's basically in love with McDonagh, time to make really sure we have cap space for the summer of 2015 when he's a UFA.

Andrei will be all right... Don't worry, this guy's a stud.

And we only play one game Monday next week before next Saturday... He'll have plenty of time to recover.

That came from his face hitting the ice, not a stick.

Hope kostitsyn is alright. Even a 4-1 victory tastes sour after 2 of your players are injured.

Anyone else really pissed off? LIke frantic rage pissed off?

Actually CN it was marks from his face hitting the ice around his eye and cheek.
