Oh yeah, it's destined for failure. I have no doubt about that.

the only hope we have with this line is that knuble is able to get a rebound in in front of the net. i think gagne will be fine, but if briere is invisible and knuble is slow, we could be in for some trouble

I think briere will be better w/o richards on his line. He was playing 3rd fiddle to the other 2. I think he will do good with him and gagne being 1-2 on there line.

I would love to see giroux on that line and thought we would get to, but he did not do good in camp. I still think it is time to ship out knuble. The only problem is that our veteran leadership has already lost dowd, kappy and smith. Vaanen hasnt been here l9ong enough IUMO to take a leadership role

I wish jason smith was here even though his play had declined. He was a great, great, great leader. Not to say Richards is not, but Smith had a great veteran, calming presence in a way

if the HRD line doesnt stick together, I want to keep Richards and Gagne together.

Gagne-Richards-Lupul
Hartnell-Carter-Briere
Upshall-Metropolit-Knuble/Downie

your dead on with your assessment of the situation. it pains me to watch knuble, but he may serve a purpose in the locker room.

i think the flyers have been hurt by matching lines with the other team. Usually its the Richards line on the best line and if he's on the top line with briere it hurts the defense. Plus they are both playmakers who need the puck. gagne and one of them is plenty of offense for a line, they dont need all three on a line. I took a lot of flack for saying i dont like the top line because everyone thought it would be dominant. For the last time, hockey is not won on paper.

new lines

knuble moves with briere and gagne
richards centering downie and hartnell
carter centering upshall and lupul
Switch Knuble and Lupul and I like it.

What do you think Philadelphia would want in return for Knuble? Anything from the Canucks?

do u have any extra hot dogs?? If not, any buns??

I am not really sure how our FO and other FO's value him

People on here will say a 7th, but in reality, he couuld help a contending team on the PP, scored around 30 goals last year and still is good in front of the net

So a 3rd-4th maybe??
