I'm thinking 5-2 for tonight maybe 6. I'm feeling a good night for the power play tonight.

The defensive system is what I thought gave the Habs trouble over the past few years. I really hope it's gone.

That's actually the exact same reaction I had when I read his post.

We usually suck against this team so I just want a win. I don't care how ugly or pretty, I just want a win!

Isn't this the only team the Habs have an all-time losing record to? Time to reverse that trend.

Take it easy, not everyone's going to notice that you guys have a radically different team when they're playing 5-10 rookies/AHL players.
And I can't believe how big Tanguay's forehead is without his helmet on.
That's true, an AHL coach, also. In fact, he uses the pre-season to practice coaching a completely different style than the regular season. That way, he doesn't get any extra time to get it working. He's a "jump right in" kind of guy.

Yeah, the more I think about it, the more I feel this game will be ugly for the Panthers. Hope I'm wrong, but I know I won't be placing any bets just to be safe.

Teams play rookies & AHL players in the preseason, that's all I meant. Sensitive Panther fans

I'm aware of that. But they played the same style, that's all I meant. Statement that would probably get me an infraction if actually made.

Let's not be arrogant & classless. We've already been quite oblivious by not taking note of how the Panthers were a new-look team in the preseason. It was so obvious too.
Us.
Just remember the new protocol: clap for both teams, cheer at an appropriate noise level & hug anyone in a visitors jersey. Above all, no singing or merriment.

Hope te see a good game, I'm bringing my cousin for his first hockey game ever. He prefers Halak to Carey Price, so it's the good game for him.
Go Habs Go... 4-0 I hope.

Last game I was right on with my 4-3 in OT..
The pressure is high..
I say 5-2 Habs with a softie by Halak in a very good overall performance of him.
Go Habs Go
Pleks 2
Tanguay
S.K.
Lang

I predict a LaLapalooza. Lapierre, Latendresse, and Laraque will score, one way or another.

Every year we drop games to Florida by simply not being up for the game. Let's hope that changes tonight.
