Begin not a lock either:

Steve Bégin, affligé par un virus ce week-end, a patiné avec ses coéquipiers. S'il est en condition pour jouer, il prendra part au match de ce soir. Sinon, le Canadien alignera sept défenseurs, incluant Francis Bouillon, qui se remet d'une entorse à une jambe.

Get out the plastic bubble for Begin... keep him far away from the rest of the team.

Groins are pretty hard things to heal, and they can be a recurring injury, it will tweak again if you use it full on without it being 100%, so he probably just tweaked it again training.

Few main things I'll be looking for in this game:

#1) How JayBo plays =)
#2) A blow out for once against florida, hopefully a Vokoun embarrassment sessions.
#3) How Halak plays

Also wanted to ask, anyone else patiently awaiting the first big blowout victory of the season? I guess TO was a blow out but when I say blow out I mean 8-9 goals =)

As much as I want to see Chipchura back with the club... why the **** not call up a winger (D'Agostini who is off to a hot start in the AHL) if Higgins is still out and Laraque isn't playing??

Does this mean that Kosto-Lang-Laps will work as that checking line that we don't have?

I'd be cool to see Lang on the Pleks/ Kovalev line.
Lapierre and Chips can centre 3 and 4 lines
The only problem is S Kost would be the only scoring forward on a line 3, but it's gotta be someone playing with the plumbers.

Because Gainey is true to his word and contrary to what most believe, they still obviously have plans for Chipchura.

4-0-1 is a decent record for a team with injuries since game 1. Good to see Bouillon in the line-up. Predict another Habs victory, the Lats/Koivu/Tang line is clicking on all cylinders.

Please beat them for once. I just can't wait until Saturday when we have all three lines, and we can see what this team is capable of.

Unless they go with 7D... or 8 counting Dandenault.

Sergei-Pleks-Kovy
Lats-Koivu-Tanguay
X-Lang-Kosto
X-Lapierre-Dandenault

is what's in for sure.. if Begin is in, he can take one of the X and I wouldn't be surprised if we dressed 7d as precaution since Bouillon is just returning.

Also.. for a second time in 3 games... I have a ******* midterm tonight *cries*

although are record is pretty good right now this is a big game. With two games only this week getting points for the standings is so very important if we want to keep with the top teams.
