You my good sir will be thrilled to discover that you can make your own toasty warm mittens from house hold items in only four easy steps!
First, break into your mother's cleaning storage bin and grab yourself a nice pair of elastic rubber cleaning gloves.
Next, check the shelves in your garage to see if old pops has left around any cohesive or superglue.
Lastly, check mom's bathroom and try to snag around 40 to 50 Johnson & Johnson 100% Cotton Balls.
Once you have these three items in hand, the fun begins.
Carefully apply cohesive until gloves are fully lathered. Next, place cotton balls on gloves as needed. Be creative! You can design the face of good old Saint Nick, spell out the name of your favorite band or even of your favorite player on the CH!
This trendy alternative to gloves found at sears, the bay or even Tom's will be sure to stun and amaze your girlfriend!
What are you driving good sir? a horse drawn carriage?
Any automobile built after 1952 will surely get you there and back in 12 ours or less.
In a perfect world you could make it in 12 hours, but those familiar with the trials and tribulations of traffic around NYC add a little extra time allotment in our estimates. Besides even if you were to make record time, you have to have lunch or dinner along the way.

Like I said. I would suggest you trade in your 1951 Ford Crestliner for a Series 5 BMW.

I think I can bump up this thread.... and for once, it's serious... Yes, you've heard it... I want to be serious for once. I might be really short in time this Saturday and I have few things to do.
I'm looking for winter boots, a scarf, and winter gloves (MITTENS )... and I'll be in Montreal this weekend. Any suggestions about where should I go for shopping? I'm not looking for MTL-Suburbs-Shoppingmallesque Stores.
And... funny too.... I need to go for a haircut . Do you guys know any places open on Saturdays where I could go without any appointments?
