Sundin takes first step toward NHL return

According to The Globe and Mail, the 37-year-old free agent underwent a physical exam at a Toronto hospital Wednesday and is expected to travel to Los Angeles to begin a two-week on-ice training stint.

I dunno if we'll see him back on the leafs. Saw his agent said yesterday he was leaning towards a return.

If he's willing to sign for 2 million I can think of another red jersey-ed team that has better chances at going all the way.

im sure Bob could send a few guys packing for draft picks or prospects if he needs to make room for Sundin(If Sundin really wants to be a hab)

Dandenault fine... Begin... those type of guys...

Okay so we are talking 3-4 mill tops

I don't think you move Lang for him though.... Lang is playing well and has shown that he is dedicated to this team.

if we are to believe the post about him mentioning money vs cup and in ny , sj ,montreal he views the best chance to win , then

-464,676 rangers over cap

sj 524,166 under

montreal 1,064,699 under

vancouver 9,305,834 under..........whats the offer 10 million a yr?

there needs to be deals take place everywhere if he wants any of these cities

a. kost - pleks - kovy
higgins - koivu - latendresse
tanguay - sundin - d'agostini
kostopoulos/lapierre/laraque - lang - s. kost

markov - komisarek
hamrlik - o'byrne
gorges - brisebois
henry

price
halak

lol

cut out $1, $1.75, and $1.85.. while only adding about $1M.. and you have about $4.5 for Sundin

Wade Belak lured him to Florida. Panthers win over Ottawa last night convinced him.

One thing is for certain, he is not coming to Montreal. That ship sailed.
