that wouldve been a good time to take a penalty.. maybe the ranger thought it wouldve been a penalty shot but player wasnt in the clear yet

Yeah it sucks that it was bouncing, but Kalinin should have had his feet moving backwards as he made that play, and he should've taken the hooking penalty and hauled the guy down once he turned it over.

Damn, the best we can do now is a point. Only scoring one goal a game hurts.

I agree. He is playing ok, but he is not making the big saves like he used to. And a **** load of rebounds.

this team needs to score...with dallas the worst defensive team in the league we only could get a goal...columbus isnt much better in that department

it's a good point. sam just said 'the refs are calling it tight tonight'. why do we have to worry so much about the refs mindset. it's an age-old issue with hockey.

Not a very good period for the Rangers, on either side of the puck.

Pretty bleh period.

That's OK, we're still in this game.

Also, a lot of you are quite whiny.

Also, why exactly are they booing Zherdev?

well when you let guys named "mario" and "sydney" dictate the no clutching, grabbing, contact, touching or breathing in my airspace parts of the game, you wind up with a watered down version of a once much better game.

I remember the 94 team, go watch a game from that year. This has turned into women's lacrosse
