BTW Meyer is also out with an injury, Brett Skinner will replace him.

Just no more injuries! If the rangers keep playin the way they have, this could get ugly fast.

Maybe Danis is starting? Yan Danis I think it is?

Does it matter?

Good Luck tonight, I'm sure you guys will need plenty of it. The Islanders are a powerhouse like you've never seen.

Prepare to be simply in awe at our phenomenal ability to suck.
LOLZ.

To go along the same line as FLY's game prediction I'm going to start another one:

Chris Drury's stat-line tonight:

0-0-0, -3

Rangers should come out of this one with a win, but I in no way expect the fishsticks to roll over. They will probably be up for the game. I'll say a 4 - 2 win.

Jeez am I the only one worried here?!

I don't care who we play - it's still a tough NHL road game that we will need to win. If you guys think that the Isles, even as bad as they may seem, will just roll over and give us the 2 points in their own building you are mistaken. I remember a few years back when the Isles had one of the worst records in the league but every time they played us they beat us...this is a playoff game for them, they will be fired up and the crowd will be fired up.

All I'm saying if that Metalwhatever team can grab a 3-0 lead regardless of ice surface, than the islanders can blow out the rangers any day.

They better have their freaking heads on straight for tonight's game.

The trick is to predict something that can't happen:

-3/0/-3, 0

I bet we lose...

If theres anyone the Islanders would want to be beat, its the Rangers...

I predict the usual frustrating 2-1 loss

Dawes will score

Guerin and Campoli will score

Scott Gomez will hit 4 posts...

Oh, and Joey Macdonald will look like Martin Brodeur out there

Blacked out in Area 2, again...

The next three games (until next tuesday, including tonight) are blacked out for Area 2.

Don't know about losing, but the above is almost a given.

Korpedo, Fritsche & Rissmiller sits | DiPietro out for Isles

http://weblogs.newsday.com/sports/ho...o_start_f.html

Quote:
It'll be the same lineup as Saturday, with Petr Prucha in and Lauri Korpikoski, Dan Fritsche and Pat Rissmiller healthy scratches.
Joey MacDonald will start for the Islanders.

We cannot expect a win... the Isles play us hard.

How much you wanna bet MacDonald looks like Patty Roy against us?
