Korpedo, Fritsche & Rissmiller sits | DiPietro out for Isles

http://weblogs.newsday.com/sports/ho...o_start_f.html

Quote:
It'll be the same lineup as Saturday, with Petr Prucha in and Lauri Korpikoski, Dan Fritsche and Pat Rissmiller healthy scratches.
Joey MacDonald will start for the Islanders.

This is getting a little absurd with Korp in the press box. He needs to go down to the AHL if he isn't going to get regular minutes. I have to say I love the way the season has started for us but this is my only major gripe right now.

I wish my A/c was quiet... half the time I have to decide whether I want to sleep or be comfortable.

My A/c sounds like a 60's Chevy revving with open headers.

15 minutes could save you 15% or more on your car insurance

As a European, I just LOVE the Geico commercials, especially with the cavemen...

I am 99% sure that a move is coming, that Prucha and/or Dawes/Fritsche are being shopped, that Rissmiller definitely is, and perhaps Jessiman down below are a part of the offer.

Korpikoski has made the team, and they're just making room for him. I really, really hope so, at least.

i agree....if the kid isnt going to play consistently then send him back down....unless sather is still trying to trade a couple of players to make room for him and renney wants to keep him around to practice with the team

Count in Drury as well bud. But as Promnite mentioned above... we will probably make MacDonald look like Roy.

I felt Korp would be better off in Hartford so he could play top line minutes. And bring up a D-man!
