Yan Danis?

Seriously?

Wasn't he one of the Habs' prospect last year?

Nothing like a game on the Long Island to get Higgins going.

Yeah, I think it is a good move. Danis will have a lot of incentive to play well.

I know, I'd rather post it while I'm sober. Going out in a few minutes

And that's probably the only thing that goes on in Uniondale... Seriously, what else can you do there by this time of the year? I ended up eating Oysters down the coast of the Island, but what else... it's so boring...

How far away from the city is it? It must be killer in the summer though.

A good 35 minutes away from Manhattan on the highway. But still, the Mets and Flushing is not exactly in Uniondale...

Nielsen, Thompson, Fritz, Pock, Skinner, Joey MacDonald

Jesus never heard of these guys before! lol

Habs will find ways to make this game harder than it should be, you watch and see.

That picture of Streit really puts me in mind of Sgt. Peppers.

For the benefit of Mr. Kite
There will be a show tonight on trampoline.
The Hendersons will all be there
Late of Pablo Fanques Fair, what a scene.

Over men and horses hoops and garters
Lastly through a hogshead of real fire.
In this way Mr. K. will challenge the world.

The celebrated Mr. K.
Performs his feat on Saturday at Bishopsgate.
The Hendersons will dance and sing
As Mr. Kite flys through the ring don't be late.

Messrs. K and H. assure the public
Their production will be second to none.
And of course Henry The Horse dances the waltz.

WEll, Dipi is hurt again, and their backup Macdonald has been playing more than he or the organization probably thought, so why not give the guy the night off and see what Danis can do...

...this is the first game i honestly believe the Habs should blowout their opponent, like 6-1. Let's see what happens...

Looking forward to seeing Streit again.

I hope he scores two and has 5 points.

And that the Habs win 11-5

I think he will play. Just to get back on game shape. It'll be more easier for him against the Islander than the wild... !

Pock was a Rangers prospect for quite awhile, but he only played a handful of games for them at most. He's been a mainstay in Hartford for two or three seasons.
