Vally in net tonight?

http://rangers.lohudblogs.com/

Quote:
Stephen Valiquette will indeed get the start tomorrow night in Toronto against the Leafs. This is all part of the fine print of the backup goaltender’s contract that says he has to play every game against Toronto and Philadelphia, and that most of those games have to be shootouts.

OK, I’m making that part up, but it certainly feels that way. The reality is this game does make sense for Valiquette, in part becauseof his recent success against Toronto, but also because it comes on the heels of Henrik Lundqvist playing six straight games. Once upon a time—like say, last season—six games was nothing. But the Rangers know there’s no point in running their franchise goalie ragged so early in the season.

This might have been answered in another thread, but what is the song in that AWESOME video?

NVM, I got it in the other thread.

Anyway, we actually get to see Hollywood tonight. Wonder if he'll go with someone.

This is going to be a very hard game on the road. The Leafs play very hard this year and the Rangers will need a full 60 and smart D.

Lets Go Boys!!!!!

Great video. I was actually planning on going to this game a few months back before money became an issue.

Let's hope November goes as well as October did. I'd like to see a nice, convincing win tonight although the Leafs have been playing way over their heads so far this season, so it may be tough.

Also, 12-5 TOR.

No, Mayers did. Hollweg earned an assist. It was a great shift from Dominic Moore.

Yeah, I watched that game. Glad to see Moore doing well, even if it's not for us (as long as it's not AGAINST us).

Any score predictions? With Vally starting, think we can still win this one?

I'll hold off with making a prediction since I usually jinx the Rangers, but I will say this, we need to play a full 60 minute game tonight. We were very sloppy against Atlanta, and Lundqvist isn't there to bail us out.

yea I can see Prucha on that line but Fritsche not too sure.............guess it's cause I view Prucha as having the potential to break out since he scored in the past and I view Fritsche as a hard working 3rd liner

Agreed. They need to play on a higher level then they did on Thursday night. This is the perfect let down game.

Rangers 5 Leafs 2

Zherdev nets a hat trick, Staal and Voros with the other 2.
