Habs sign Desharnais
I'm very glad to see the Habs giving this guy a shot. He had a GREAT year in the ECHL and has started off pretty strong in the AHL this year as well. He's small but relentless and as a small hockey player myself, it's nice to see another make the dream happen!

Great news.... the more points he kept putting up under that AHL contract the more nervous i got that he could be poached by another team.... Now hes our prospect officially.

Difference is those players were all elite prospects and damn good NHLers. Still have yet to see what Desharnais can do.
