That didn't happen until later.

The use of condoms can be traced back several thousand years. It is known that around 1000 BC the ancient Egyptians used a linen sheath for protection against disease.

Edit: How the hell did this conversation start? lol

MP asked about protection.

That's what they want you to believe. Rest assured, Seamus O' Steel did, in fact, invent it in the 1500's.

And it's been passed down ever since.

This game has loss all over it. Habs off for like a week, on the road and playing a team that is playing good hockey. One good thing is that Leclaire will not return for tonight's game. And I'd be picking the over in this one tonight...

Woooohoooooooooooo! Back to hockey!

Read in the Gazette article this morning how Komisarek says the team remembers how the CBJ's came in to the Bell Centre last year and spanked them 3-0. Said it was an embarrassing loss. The Habs will be firing on all cylinders despite the lay-off for a week.

GO HABS GO

I predict worse game ever. Same style as Islander's game but for a full 3 period.

The last thing I want to see is another game like the Anaheim game. I think it's good for us that we play 2 in 2 on the road.

**** long layoffs in November.

I really hope that they play a lot better than on Gainey night. I had tickets for that night, and my mom told me that she fell asleep during the game...

I think that game was a night or two after The Comeback... with a long ceremony before it and Pascal LeClaire at the other end, I don't think it could've been more obvious that we were about to get shut out. That game really sucked.

How have the games been going for you guys?

Usually, the CBJ have done ok in the first period, looked like complete crap in the 2nd, and been turning it on in the third. They haven't looked good 4 on 4 this season, they seem to go into a defensive mode and can't seem to score. They've only had one SO (no one scored) but that is too small of a sample size to really tell any trends.

Offense tends to be streaky - except for Vorassard. Defense has brain farts every once and awhile (and those tend to end up in the net).

Mason looked a bit shaky-not mentally necessarily, but not in tune with his defense at all which isn't surprising since he only had 1 practice with them before getting tossed into the game. He showed signs of being a mini-Turco (puck handling) which seem to completely surprise the defensemen.

Special teams have not been doing too well. PP sucks. PK has been getting better.
