Well its Friday night and Im alone which means kitchen experiment night.

I got lamb loin chop marinaded in olive oil and rosemary.

I seared them and then covered each chop with blue cheese and broiled til brown.

I then made a make shift greek salad. Fried up some garlic onions and mushrooms in my cast iron, added bok choy then once sauteed, I added some parsley and oregano to give it that greek salad zing and once in the place, I placed some sliced tomatos, black olives and feta on top on the mix and drizzled with Olive Oil.

Once the lamb was ready, I scooped a bit of tatziki on my plate and sat the chops on it.

Enjoying it right now with a glass of white!

Wow.
Thats sounds awesome.
My grandpa and I are having hot dogs tonight.

Not as much effort but when the Habs play and I worked all day I tend to keep the effort a little lighter in the Kitchen.

Oh and rather than a glass of white its BEER for me.

Nope, personally I hate talking on the phone. Unless it's an emergency, my phone calls last no longer than 2 minutes.

Im actually the opposite...I prefer the phone. Especially at work. Emails are so ****ing impersonal.

And on that note...time to go do something alone that Ive never done alone.

Here's a hint: I may be hungry later

One thing I've found that's practical when I do *that*... is to have a large amount of fresh fruits cut up.

That way.. *if* you're hungy.. (tihi)... you'll have a healthy alternative.

By the way... fresh fruit tastes AWESOME!!! ZOMG!! when you're stoned.

sorry for the double post, but on a related topic. If any one here gets low blood sugar (diabetics and such) have a cold apple. You will cream yourself.

Thats a good idea.

I crave meat and mayonnaise if I got the "feeling". Weirdest combo, I know.

I once sat and ate an entire plate of left over prime rib. I mean there was a small mountain of cut up beef on that plate.

I got home, grabbed that puppy out of the fridge and swipped the mayonnaise a long with it and just pent an hour scouping out the mayo with the slices of beef.

That was when I was in high school. The worst part was that I was fit back then and could get away with it. Doing that now would mean one step closer to death.
