I was hopeing for more of a

Kimmo Timonen -- Matt Carle
Luca Sbisa -- Braydon Coburn
Lasse Kukkonen -- Andrew Alberts

Something along those lines... and wow our third pairing is ridiculously horrible...

flyersguy33, thanks for the great youtube clips, watching them was like taking a walk down memory lane. Those game 6 goals by Primeau and Gagne still give me the chills.

I am looking forward to this one. Hopefully our forwards will be able to expose Tampa's d-core.

Let's Go Flyers!!
man that was one of the best nights of my life, me and my brother got tickets for that game, last row ( we were standing the entire game). We may have not won any championships in my life time, but that was close enough to last me quite some time.

No problem. I still get the chills every time I see those two goals as well. That game was so sick.

Frodo is back? He must have drank some of Nitty's blood or something, that was a quick recovery

Yeah. Raduns and Kane were reassigned, so I'm assuming this is the forward roster tonight:

Gagne Briere Knuble
Hartnell Richards Lupul
Upshall Carter Nodl
Gratton Metropolit Asham

I'm in the same boat. If the Flyers don't get it together - and I'm talking Holmgren firing Stevens - I'll most likely dump Centre Ice and just watch whatever game is on CBC or TSN. Holmgren allowing Stevens to keep his job is keeping the team from making any kind of run.

I'll probably watch tonight but if they get down early, I'll find something else to do.

I have major sleep debt anyways, so I figure I'll stay up for this one and then just party tomorrow? Does that make sense? Whatever, anyone know if Carle will be in?

From what I heard, he strained his neck in the warmups for the game against Ottawa to days ago. He only played one shift in that game. Don't ask me how he did it.

So Carle and Eminger are playing tonight? Interesting.

Shame Downie was sent outright to AHL, would have liked to see him in this game, perhaps flipping off Stevens at some point.

That would be great to see, and knowing Downie I wouldn't be surprised if he actually did it

Some updates for Tampa Bay:

http://blogs.tampabay.com/lightning/
Quote:

Other stuff: Mike Smith gets the start in goal. Olaf Kolzig, who spent the previous 16 seasons with the Capitals, likely will start Monday at Washington. ... Right wing Evgeny Artyukhin will not play against the Flyers because of what is believed a groin strain. Ryan Craig, who sat out last game as a healthy scratch, is back in. ... Lawton said it should not take long before right wing Steve Downie, who came with Steve Eminger in the Carle deal and was assigned to Norfolk, is with the Lightning.

Thanks. Go Flyers. Can't wait to see Downie develop....oh wait...
