Not surprised, he was plainly injured right after the hit, couldn't wait to get off the ice. Hopefully it won't be a lingering injury, will definitely miss his presence tonight. The Leafs are scoring goals (as well as giving up a lot) so I doubt the Habs hut them down, they'll just have to outscore them.

The good news is that it cant be that serious if he finished the game and warmed up.

Gorges and Bouillion will need to be big for us tonight

I doubt they put Breezy and O'b together.... I expect to see

Gorges - O'byrne
Bouillion - Brisebois

My memory is really not that good....but which other player last year or the year before was injured, still end up finishing the game but we ended up losing him for a while???

I think that a player coming back is more than often a good sign that it's not serious, but it's not always a guarantee as well....

Saku came back in the Sabres game near the end of the season... and then after the game we learned his foot was broken and he was out nearly 3 weeks.

Again, Hamrlik took the warmup tonight. If Koivu took the warmup the next game after the Sabres game, it would be a comparable situation, but it really isn't.

Of course, this isn't a guarantee that Hamrlik's going to be ready tonight or even for our next game. But if he's warming up tonight, he's probably not going to be out another three weeks...unless he hurts it in the warmup.

I wasn't comparing the two situations... just answering WS's question.
