I can't say I'm surprised.

Its funny, I was actually wishing we had just kept him over McCabe since McCabe hasn't looked that great so far. I guess we're just reminded of why we got rid of MVR.

Perhaps you saw how his head and whole body was crammed into the half boards by kostopolous? IT's not like that injury would have happened if Kostopolous didn't grossly hit Van Ryn, purposely at that.

Yeah, we got rid of Ryno because he gets injured when someone rams him into the boards from behind. Wow.

McCabe has been injured, I certainly appreciated his stopping the puck after getting popped in the face last night, though.

Maybe I've read it wrong, but Biggzy seemed to be expounding on GP's comment regarding the injury jinx that surrounds certain players (like Van Ryn).

To an extent, I agree with this logic. Some players seem cursed with injuries, be it from a freak incident or during rough plays.
