Dawes = 2 points in 14 games (-1): 13:26 per game
Prucha = 0 points in 8 games (-1): 11:12
Korpikoski = 0 points in 7 games (-4): 11:15
Fritsche = 0 points in 5 games (-3): 9:55

None of these guys can seem to do anything right. It's good to give Korpikoski a shot at this point after doing well in HFD for a few games.

Fritsche also hasn't had an extended look either.

So it should be interesting.

Of course when your team is 26th in goals per game, it's not just a matter of a few players who aren't scoring.

LoFFeN, great movie. It's funny how things like the slew foot and Gary Roberts penalties that Zherdev took are just funny to watch now. Send the video to the team, maybe they'll like it.

Btw, It's going to be great to see Strudwick again. Great dude who would do anything for the Rangers.

Actually would like to see him back eventually as a 7th defenseman. Perfect 7th defenseman because you never felt bad about him sitting out games.

The only players on offense producing for the Oilers right now are Ales Hemsky and Ethan Moreau. Shelly is having a great start to the year as well.

Nothing that scary at the moment about our top 6 forwards but it does look good on paper. Unfortunately, that means little.

I've enjoyed watching the Rangers so far this season; very skilled high tempo game with a lot of chances at either end, very fun to watch. Good luck tonight.

If we matched up line for line.
1st vs 1st
2nd vs 2nd
3rd vs 3rd
4th vs 4th

How do we fair?

Based on how they're playing right now?

Rangers 1st and 2nd lines are better. Horcoff is in a major slump right now as is Gagner. Penner and Cole need to pick it up as well.

Oilers 3rd and 4th in my opinion. It's close on those two though.

well he started out playing superbly, been in a bit of a slump his last few starts however Roloson and now Deslaurier have kept him from getting a lot of chances to work his way out of it.

having 3 goalies and riding the hot hand has got to suck for the goaltenders.

I have a feeling this will be similar to the Caps game. Oilers are a much faster team than the Rangers and I predict will be giving the players fits.

Basically, the Rangers need to play smart to win this game.

Garon started off really hot winning 3 games we had absolutely no business winning. Since then he's been poor or average letting in some weak goals along the way. Got pulled in Pittsburgh after allowing 5 goals on 20 shots.

Hopefully Orr and Shelly go at it.
