I'd convert some of those centres into wingers and get them on the team..... I also would maybe leave J.Staal off the team and put M.Staal on the team on Defence. The Goaltending could be good but its weak with the way they are playing right now.
I'd love a checking line that is built around M.Richards and Brindamour instead of Chimera and Jordan Staal. Arnott could be a nice winger with size in the top six... and Marc Savard needs to be on this team.

Is there room on that team for a guy like Tavares.... we all said Sidney should've been on the 2006 Olympic team.... Tavares doesn't make Team Canada 2010.. but he might make a hypothetical Team Ontario 2010.

Oh man I even made some mistakes, Chimera is from Alberta, but man do Ontario have a lot of centers, I'll make a team by converting all centers give me a few minutes

Is this set in stone? I don't think it is. Given the choice, Bouillon would play for Team Quebec over both USA and Canada.

So here it is with converted centers

Cammalleri Thornton Carter
M.Richards Spezza Perry
Savard E.Staal Arnott
Roy Brind'amour Sharp

Pronger Campbell
Burns Blake
Boyle Ward

Turco
Mason
Ellis

Players left out
Justin Williams(W) Andy MacDonald(C) Cheechoo(W) Brunnette(W) Girardi(D) Rivet(D) Wideman(D)Boyes(W)

Besides the goatending(average) this is a pretty potent team!

That edition of team Quebec would be just crazy fast! They would be a joy to watch, especially on a big ice surface.

Well its an assumption that we are making, we don't know what the rules are on making a team quebec... I'm assuming that players who previously played for countries other than Canada wouldn't be allowed to compete.

Bouillion is not allowed to play for Canada because he previously played for the US. You can't switch countries in the IIHF. Where you play first is where you stay... ie World Juniors etc.... therefore Stasny is american... same with Brett Hull, Bouillion, Pominville, Deadmarsh etc.

I would assume that they would allow players who previously played for Canada to switch to Quebec, but since there is no part of the USA that is included in Team Quebec, I would assume they wouldn't let players who previously were on Team USA to switch.

It's hard ehh? There's just too many freakin players!!...I'm gonna try one for Quebec, Alberta doesn;t work out, they have no centers

Here's my team from Quebec

Tanguay Lecavalier St.Louis
Gagner Ribeiro Briere
Dumont Bergeron Vermette
Perron Brassard Dupuis

Vlasic Beauchemin
Robidas--???
??? ???/

Luongo
Brodeur
Fleury

This team is all skill, but absolutley no grit besides Lecavalier and a terrible D

How about a central Canada team(Ontario, Quebec) vs Western Canada(Manitoba,Sask, Alberta, B.C)

There's no NB player in the NHL.

In the AHL, there is Cedrick Desjardins (G), Eric Neilson (RW), Jean-Claude Sawyer (D) and Cory Larose (C).

Well, that is not true, you can switch one time in your life if you already played for another country.

Why not? He would have both the US citizenship and the new Quebec citizenship, I'd assume they'd let anyone recieving the new citizenship switch since they didn't have the choice previously. I thin Bouillon would have a strong case for himself.

How about Paul Stastny?

How about foreign players who reside in Montreal and might gain the citizenship? Like Havlat, Zubrus and Oleg Petrov?

Hey, this is all theoretical.

That Team Quebec is not a half bad team. they could cause some damage if our defence holds up.

I tried to piece together an Alberta team. I cheated. I made it a Man/Sk/ Ab team. Seeing as QC population is greater than those three provinces, it is kinda fair.

Doan - Getzlaf - Ignila
Symth - Marleau - Setoguchi
Whitney - Zajac - Lupul
Harnell - Toews - Trent Hunter
Chris Kunitz - Mike Comrie - Jason Chimera

Phaneuf Green
Redden Barker
Coburn Souray
Ferenze Keith
Commodore

Ward
Osgood
Auld

I think its safer to assume that once they've played for someone else they aren't coming back... but thats just my opinion.
